BUSINESS ANALYST TRAINING

A business analyst helps identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders. Business analysts work across all levels of an organization and may be involved in everything from defining a strategy to creating the enterprise architecture to taking a leadership role by defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes.

Our training approach empowers you to plan business analysis activities, elicit and document requirements, and effectively manage needs throughout a project’s lifecycle.

For six weeks, you will work on the latest project tools and real-world projects to help with planning and monitoring, Requirements elicitation, management & communication.

Program Duration: 6 Weeks

Class Schedule: Thursdays (6 PM- 8 PM EST) & Saturdays (10 AM - 12 PM).

  • Confluence is a team workspace where knowledge and collaboration meet. Dynamic pages give your team a place to create, capture, and collaborate on any project or idea.

  • What is your overall review of the class?

    I can honestly say I love this class from the students to the instructors. It’s an open space to learn and make honest mistakes. It allows you to learn freely with no judgment creating a comfortable environment. The instructors are fun, nice, and well-informed on “CURRENT” real-life strategies for leveraging, executing, and landing our newfound career in Business Analysis. The classes are well-structured and straight to the point. This provides huge clarity during each lesson and a well-defined schedule. With a “you set a time you stick with it” kind of mentality helping us to learn how to manage and dedicate time consistently.     The program was carefully crafted to provide students like me with the wide range of information and experience we'd need to succeed in the many facets of a BA's job. The course started with a thorough introduction to business analysis.

    The instructors were very well-versed in their fields, and their practical experience shined through in their lectures and group exercises.     The class content was fully packed and loaded. It was very educational and covered all the topics related to business analyst. It helped me to understand the material even more. Yes, the concept was explained in a way that I was able to learn the new BA concepts. Ms. Tolu went over them extensively. She gave out quizzes and assignments so that the concepts could sink in, and this definitely helped me to assimilate the concepts.
